This beautifully maintained Canadian Sailcraft (CS) 27 has many recent upgrades as well as a full list of original features; including teak and holly sole in the cabin, a large ice box, a diesel Yanmar engine and four comfortable berths. The main cabin includes a fold-down teak center table, ample storage areas and two settees. Directly aft of the V berth is the enclosed head (with sink) and a hanging locker. The galley includes a 2-burner alcohol stove, cutting board, storage drawers, icebox and sink with pressure water. She had 2 new sails in 2006...a full-batten, double reef main and a furling #2 Genoa by Kingston Sail Loft. She also had her lifelines replaced in 2007. In 2000, Blue Seas electrical panels were installed. Her hull was stripped and awlgripped about 27 yrs ago and she still gleams as if it were freshly done. Her canvas and framework are in fantastic shape, a four to 1 mainsheet traveller has been added as well as a custom bow roller for her fifteen kilo Bruce anchor. We regard any CS27 that has received regular upgrades and good care and maintenance as a BEST BUY. This particular boat has enjoyed this kind of care, is exceptionally clean and is more than realistically priced. On top of all that, she is a dream to sail and will be a delight to own.
